Titans Get First Win in Dramatic Fashion
The Titans finally got off the floor and swung the bats as they beat previously unbeaten and district leader Durant on Friday night 7-5. They got a huge pitching performance from Kison Kumar who threw 6 1/3 innings to give the Titans their first win of the year. Clutch hits by Ty Lawson, Jaylin Earl and LeMarc Caldwell really set the tone for the Titans who got a early 5-0 lead. After a series of tough losses early on the Titans figured out a way to shut the door for a great win.

Titans Fall Late at Saladino
The Titans got another great pitching effort Friday as Kishon Kumar went 4 innings and gave up only 1 run, but the Titans late comeback fell short as they lost to Sickles 4-3. CF Dionte Williams was a force in the 2 hole as his bunting and running ability really made things happen for the Titans offense. Tech will open the regular season Tuesday as they face off against Tampa Prep at Titans field. Come out and cheer on the home team. Action starts at 7 pm.

Titans Lose Opener
Lots of positives for the Titans as they lose to the District powerhouse Jefferson Wednesday night. Senior Ty Lawson went 2 for 2 with 2 steals a walk and a run as well as several great defensive plays. Senior Tyrone Miller gave the Titans a good effort on the mound as well giving up only 1 earned run. Many new Titans got their feet wet as well, such as Dionte Williams in CF and Lemarc Caldwell in RF, both who registered hits and played solid outfield. The Titans look to rebound today as they play Sickles at Jefferson. Action starts at 4 pm.
